I have a connection problem between my thermostat and my bridge.

To determine the reason for the product defect, please perform the following tests:

  1. Check that you are using an access point with a 2.4GHz frequency.
  2. Perform the following operation to completely delete the internal memory (double break)
    - Disconnect the bridge for 2 seconds.
    - Reconnect the bridge for 10 to 15 seconds
    - Disconnect the bridge for 2 seconds.
    - Reconnect it again.     
  3.   Perform the pairing procedure for the bridge again.
