To determine the reason for the product defect, please perform the following tests:
- Check that you are using an access point with a 2.4GHz frequency.
- Perform the following operation to completely delete the internal memory (double break)
- Disconnect the bridge for 2 seconds.
- Reconnect the bridge for 10 to 15 seconds
- Disconnect the bridge for 2 seconds.
- Reconnect it again. - Perform the pairing procedure for the bridge again.
