A radio-operated door depends heavily on the environment in which it's used. Interference may occur due to:

• Major electrical equipment in close proximity to its installation.
• The type of materials used in the site's walls and partitions (metal surfaces, etc.)
• The use of radio equipment on the same radio frequency

To reduce interference, remove disruptive elements (if possible) or move the Lock Controller io.
