If the QR code on the Zigbee motor cannot be scanned, two solutions are available to you:

  • Motor setting (BLE): Press 5 times on motor button head to open a not secure connexion with the App.
  • Motor pairing to the TaHoma switch: Press on the motor head button to have 2 jogs to open the Zigbee network in unsecured mode
