2. Ensure that the door has been configured correctly: How to configure the door's profile on Lock Controller io?

3. Make sure there's no radio interference:  What if you experience radio interference with your Lock Controller io?

4. Ensure the correct functioning of the transmitter:

  • Ensure that the battery(ies) in the equipment used to control the lock have sufficient power.
  • Make sure you are in radio range of the Lock Controller io
