To determine the reason for the product fault, please perform the following tests:

1. Check that your thermostat is correctly powered by changing the temperature.
2. Check that your receiver is correctly powered by pressing briefly on the “Prog” button of the receiver.
3. Press and hold the “Prog” button of the receiver for 7 seconds to reset it.
4. Press and hold the “Prog” button of the thermostat for 7 seconds to reset it.
5. Place the thermostat as close as possible to the radio receiver.
6. Begin the pairing procedure again between your receiver and your thermostat.
