You will be alerted in two ways:

  • Via the Somfy Protect app,
  • Via your monitor.

 

1. Via the Somfy Protect app

 

You will receive a notification that you have received a visit.

 

Then, in your app's history feed, you will find the date, time and photo of the event.

 

2. Via the monitor

 

When a visitor rings your video phone in your absence, a picture is taken. The icon "Picture" on the monitor will then flash to let you know of their presence.

 

To view it, click on the icon "Picture".
