It will depend of the configuration of your Somfy Zigbee system.

With a TaHoma switch:

• If wired motor (AC): the remote can send commands directly to the motor or through an other router or the switch if too far.
• If Wirefree motors (SED): the remotes always send a command through a router or the switch.

Without TaHoma switch (TaHoma ready):

• The remotes always send commands directly to the motor (Wirefree or AC)
