I have a connection problem between my thermostat and my receiver.

To determine the reason for the product defect, please perform the following tests:
- Check that your thermostat is correctly powered by changing the temperature.
- Check that your receiver is correctly powered by pressing briefly on the “Prog” button of the receiver.
- Press and hold the “Prog” button of the receiver for 7 seconds to reset it.
- Press and hold the “Prog” button of the thermostat for 7 seconds to reset it.
- Place the thermostat as close as possible to the radio receiver.
- Begin the pairing procedure again between your receiver and your thermostat.
