ACTIVATION & INSTALLATION
To determine the reason for the product defect, please perform the following tests:
- Remove the batteries from the Somfy thermostat for 1 minute then insert them again and check that the LEDs are lit.
- If the LEDs are still not lit, check that the batteries are new by changing them.
