The thermostat does not switch on when I insert the batteries.

To determine the reason for the product defect, please perform the following tests:

  1. Remove the batteries from the Somfy thermostat for 1 minute then insert them again and  check that the LEDs are lit.
  2. If the LEDs are still not lit, check that the batteries are new by changing them.
